EllinCo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a coordination service that works alongside licensed lawyers, notaries, translators, and other professionals in Greece and Australia.

All legal work is carried out by appropriately licensed professionals. EllinCo’s role is to manage the process, facilitate communication, and ensure your documents and instructions are prepared and handled correctly.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and efficiency, we do not take responsibility for third-party delays or legal outcomes determined by Greek or Australian authorities.

  • Identity documents (birth certificates, passports, etc.)

  • Sensitive information required to assist with your services (e.g. marriage, death, or inheritance records)

  • Communication and service history

We collect this information via forms, emails, phone calls, and third-party tools (e.g. Typeform, ActiveCampaign).

2. Why We Collect It

We use your personal information to:

  • Assess your eligibility for Greek citizenship or inheritance

  • Coordinate with service providers in Greece and Australia

  • Prepare and manage documentation on your behalf

  • Communicate with you throughout the process

  • Improve our services and provide customer support

  • Trusted legal and administrative partners in Greece and Australia

  • Government agencies when legally required

  • Translation, notary, apostille, or courier providers (only where necessary)

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your information is stored securely through encrypted platforms and protected from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and contractors directly involved in your case.
