1. Scope of Services
Ellin Co is a coordination service for agreed Greek property, inheritance and administrative work from Australia. Available services and their scope are confirmed before work begins. Citizenship and passport support is not currently a public service and remains gated.
Ellin Co does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Independent professionals remain responsible for their specialist advice and work. Ellin Co coordinates only the responsibilities stated in the accepted scope.
2. Discovery and Accepted Scope
Work normally begins with a discovery call and review of available information. Before paid work begins, Ellin Co will state the agreed scope, responsibilities, indicative timing, exclusions and applicable fee. Any independent professional fees or third-party costs will be identified where reasonably possible.
3. Fees and Payment
No public price list applies. Fees are quoted for the accepted scope and must be agreed before work begins. Payment timing and method will be stated in that scope or invoice. GST will be applied where required.
4. Changes, Cancellation and Refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the accepted scope, work already completed, committed third-party costs and applicable law. Third-party costs already incurred may be non-refundable. Contact info@ellinco.com.au promptly to change or cancel work or raise a concern. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, respond to reasonable document requests, give any required authority or power of attorney, and pay agreed fees when due. Incomplete, late or inaccurate information may affect timing and cost.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary for the requested purpose, with consent or authority, or where required by law. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Independent Professionals, Authorities and Outcomes
Independent lawyers, notaries, accountants, translators and other professionals remain responsible for their own advice and work. Greek and Australian authorities, banks and other third parties control their own requirements, decisions and timing. Ellin Co does not guarantee eligibility, inheritance entitlements, transaction completion, authority decisions, timing or other outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Statutory rights, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law, continue to apply.
