1. Scope of Services
EllinCo is a coordination and consultancy service that helps Australians manage Greek legal, property, and administrative matters from Australia. We operate remotely, working with trusted professionals in Greece to coordinate:

  • Inheritance matters

  • Citizenship by descent

  • Property sales and purchases in Greece

  • Bank account closures

  • Certified document preparation (e.g. POAs, apostilles, translations)

 

We do not provide legal or financial advice. We coordinate and support through our Greek partners and act as the client liaison.

2. Discovery Phase & Project Coordination

Most services begin with a Discovery Phase, which involves:

  • An initial consultation (via phone or video)

  • Review of your case and documents

  • Liaison with our Greek partners

  • Legal registry and title searches (where relevant)

  • A written roadmap or checklist

  • A fixed quote for the full coordination (if proceeding)

The Discovery Phase is a paid engagement and is required before we commence any full coordination work.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Discovery Phase Fee: AUD $395 (includes legal and admin work, credited if client proceeds)

  • Full Coordination: Quoted individually based on scope and location of services

  • All prices include GST (where applicable)

  • Payment is due in advance of each service phase unless otherwise agreed

  • Payment can be made via Stripe or bank transfer

4. Refund Policy

We aim to provide a clear, transparent experience. Because of the time, coordination, and legal registry work involved, our refund policy is as follows:

Discovery Phase

Once work has commenced (including consultations or any registry/partner liaison), the Discovery Phase fee is non-refundable. This fee covers:

  • Legal registry checks in Greece

  • Liaison with Greek professionals

  • Case review and checklist preparation

  • Communications and planning support

If you choose not to proceed with full coordination after the Discovery Phase, you will retain your roadmap and advice already provided.

Full Coordination

For coordination services that proceed beyond the Discovery Phase:

  • Refunds will not be provided for work already completed or third-party costs (e.g. notary fees, translations, courier, legal filings).

  • If you cancel after payment but before services commence, we may offer a partial refund minus admin costs, at our discretion.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate and complete information

  • Timely responses to requests for documents

  • Authorisation to act on their behalf via POA (when required)

  • Prompt payment for quoted services

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of EllinCo.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

EllinCo takes your privacy seriously. We:

  • Do not share your personal information without consent

  • Only work with trusted partners bound by confidentiality obligations

  • Use secure document handling and communication tools

7. Limitation of Liability

EllinCo is not liable for delays or issues caused by:

  • Greek government authorities

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Third-party professionals (e.g. Greek lawyers, notaries)

  • Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, political unrest)

We do not guarantee citizenship outcomes, inheritance entitlements, or property sales. We facilitate and support these processes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
